 Ordering Policy

Free delivery for any order. For next-day delivery, orders must be made by 12pm.This is to ensure that we have sufficient time to prepare the flowers. For urgent orders, please contact us directly at 9793 7974 subject to availability.

For customisation of orders, there is additional charg e of $15-$30 depending on the complexity of the design and the additional cost of different flowers depending on the customer preference. No change is allowed after order is placed. Any change is subject to admin fee, and availability of products and delivery slots.

Refunds and Cancellation

Please note that all online orders are not refundable. Any damage to the product after successful delivery will not warrant a refund. 

For Photos:

If you wish to change your photo after it has been prepared, an additional of $10 will be required per photo. 

Delivery Policy

Free Flexible Delivery

We offer complimentary delivery for any purchase with personalised doorstep delivery (10am to 6pm)  to make sure that your delicate flowers are securely handled. We are able to deliver island wide, with exception to the following locations: Tuas, Jurong Islands, Military Camps, Police Stations, Sentosa and Changi Airport.

We are unable to accept request for specific timing given the volume of our orders, nor accept request for specific timing or estimate time of delivery. 

Specific Delivery Time-slots

For specific timing, there is a charge of $25 as we have to use another courier service. Please whatsapp us at 97937974 if you need this service. 

Missed Delivery

Note that our delivery person will only wait a maximum of 5 mins at the delivery location. If contacted by phone and recipient is not home to receive the delivery, our delivery agents will pass the item to the receptionist/colleagues/friends/family members to receive the item. If no one is there to receive it, flowers can be left at the doorstep/reception. Should this option be needed, we will not be liable for any losses or damage to the flowers from that point onward.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the recipient will be at the delivery address on the date/time stated in the order confirmation. Our delivery person will wait up to a maximum of 5 mins at the arranged pick up location. He/she will do his best to contact the recipient/sender within this time frame. 

In the event of a missed delivery, i.e. wrong address provided, a re-delivery charge of $15-$30 will be applied. 

Please note that re-deliveries on the same day are subject to availability. 

Floraison Blooms will not be held responsible for any late/missed deliveries or lost item under the following conditions:
1. Incorrect address provided
2. Recipient not available at time/place of delivery
3. No valid contact details (recipient/sender) provided
